To open your profile page and see your user ID, click on your photo on the top right side of the main menu.

3. Reboot your phone.

 

In case the problem still occurs, please, try to delete the app from your device completely and reinstall the app from the App Store again.

From the main page, at the bottom of the screen, set your bet per each card and the number of cards you would like to play at a time. Then press on the card you want to play. Once the cards have loaded, scratch on the card with your fingertips just like you would on a real card with a coin, or press CHECK CARD button on the bottom right to scratch the card automatically. Turn on FAST mode to make the CHECK CARD button work faster.

If your game froze or got disconnected before your cards have been loaded, you will not have been charged for the cards you selected, so please try and purchase the cards again. If you were disconnected in the middle of scratching the cards, your winnings that would have come from those cards you were playing will be added to your balance the next time you open the game. You may not be able to scratch them off yourself, but your coins are there safely, so don't worry!
